Adventures, encouragement, opinions, photos, random stories, money-saving tips, and occasional unsolicited advice from our home to yours, with prayers that you will be blessed and God will be glorified.
In honor of my last couple (hopefully!) weeks of pregnancy, I'm asking you, dear readers, to weigh in on what husbands should not say during a woman's last month of pregnancy.
For example:
"No, Honey! Your belly is not taking over the world...just the whole bed!"
or my very unfavorite:
"Look, Honey! I've lost weight!"
So, what do you think? Do you have any suggestions of what David should definitely avoid saying in the near future?

If you are wearing all green (which maybe you shouldn't, but incase you do) he should not tell you you look like a watermellon. :)
I would think comments like "Oh, no, honey, you're not big. Not like last time -- geez, last time you were enormous!" would probably not be a good idea.
Sharon graciously sent along this article (and even though they wrote it before I did, I didn't steal the idea!!) I'm only 1/3 of the way through the comments, but had to pass this on:

Obviously, nothing like: "the baby's probably going to be a big one!"
or
"So what's your exercise plan for after the baby's born?"

Saying "beep, beep, beep, beep..." when scooting/walking backwards. Grrr....
Haha...oh goodness. Blogspot wasn't emailing me with all these great comments, so I thought there weren't any!
These are hilarious! (David -- I hope you're NOT listening!!)
(And, uh..yeah...David's done the "beep, beep" thing...and has been properly beaten for it!)
Not that I would ever even think of using these...
"Heave Ho!" (while assisting pregnant wife up)
"Hey Porky!" (line in a movie we recently saw)
"I love you baby, even though you're fat." (from the same movie)
"Make way, pregnant lady coming through." (SW at church this morning...)
"You need a 'wide load' sign to hang on her" (also SW)

#6 is my favorite: it reminds me of David's complaints on getting his hand squeezed...
